Wildlife Conservation Volunteer Day

Come along to Riccard Johnstone (near Motherwell) for activities around reprofiling banks and removing shading plants from a steep-sided pond.

Froglife will be running volunteer wildlife conservation tasks on the first Saturday of each month and we would love you to join us!

Tasks run from 10-3pm each day and are free to attend. Meet us on site or get in touch for a lift from Glasgow Uni (we may also be able to pick up from Cumbernauld bus/Motherwell rail station when working nearby). Transport is limited so please get in touch if you want a lift.

The tasks are sometimes very muddy, very wet and possibly cold so dress warmly with waterproof jackets, trousers and footwear (we can provide a few sets of waterproofs so get in touch if required).

We provide tea and unlimited biscuits, but bring some lunch!
Get in touch for more info: Email Iain.Maclean@froglife.org Mobile 07772318950 Office 01413390737
