Partnership 4 Change Development Officer

. Anne Brannan is the development officer for Partnership 4 Change (P4C), managed by VANL Her role is to promote participation, improve joint working and support Service Users & Carers involvement in the joint partnership arrangements for Community Care within North Lanarkshire. P4C will help make the changes that will enhance service provision in our communities within North Lanarkshire both in health and social care, and links the four key service user carer organisations in North Lanarkshire.
